TOA WaterBlock Color – Color Waterproofing

TOA Waterblock Color is a new generation waterproofing agent with the advantage of not needing to mix cement, rich colors from automatic color mixing machine. Products applying Hydro Block Power technology have optimal waterproofing ability for exterior wall surfaces.

TOA Waterblock Color is a new generation waterproofing agent with the advantage of not needing to mix cement, rich colors from automatic color mixing machine. Products applying Hydro Block Power technology have optimal waterproofing ability for exterior wall surfaces.

USES:

TOA Waterblock Color – Color Waterproofing is suitable for waterproofing old and new exterior vertical wall surfaces such as concrete, cement, brick, mortar, etc.
CONSTRUCTION METHODS:

• Tools: Brush, Roller, Ordinary paint sprayer
• Diluent: NO DILUTION NEEDED

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS:

SURFACE PREPARATION:
• New surface:
– Let the surface dry after 28 days under normal conditions (average temperature about 30oC, relative humidity 80%).
– Surface moisture must be less than 16% (measured by Protimeter).
– Remove all dirt, grease from the surface to be painted.
• Old surface:
– Clean the surface to remove dirt, old paint. Treat surfaces affected by algae and mold with appropriate chemicals.
– Rinse the surface (if necessary) and let it dry completely. Surface moisture must be <16% (measured by Protimeter).
– Repair damaged areas. If there is a large crack, it should be re-machined and smoothed.
– Use 1 layer of TOA 4 Seasons Super Contact Sealer specialized primer for chalky surfaces or poor adhesion.
MIXING: No need to mix with cement and water. Direct color mixing by automatic color mixing machine.
CONSTRUCTION: Finish with 2 layers TOA Waterblock Color.

NOTE:

– DO NOT USE POWDER.
– Do not apply in conditions of air temperature lower than 15oC or higher than 40oC.
– Do not apply in conditions of air humidity exceeding 85%.
– Do not apply in the condition that the surface temperature to be painted is 3oC lower than the dew-point of the air.
– Stir well before use. It should be used up after opening the box.
– Close the lid tightly when not in use.
