USES:

TOA FloorSeal – Floor Waterproofing is used to specialize in waterproofing on new and old cement and concrete floor surfaces such as floors, basements, toilet floors, terraces, balconies.

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface preparation
* The surface to be waterproofed must be cleaned of dirt, mold and grease, removed the old paint, …
* Surface must be dry and cracks should be treated before application
* New cement concrete surface needs to dry after at least 28 days
* The absorbent surface needs to be moistened, but not allowed to stagnate
Mix
Prepare a mixture of water, Portland cement PC40 and TOA FloorSeal – Floor Waterproofing in the following ratio: 1 kg cement : 0.5 kg clean water : 1 kg TOA FloorSeal – Floor Waterproofing. Mix cement with clean water first, stir until the cement is no longer lumpy, then mix with TOA FloorSeal – Floor Waterproofing and stir until homogenous.
Construction
Stir well before application, apply 2-3 coats with brush or roller. Classes are spaced 5-7 hours apart. The surface after application will be completely dry after 7 days

Note:

– If the mixture is left for more than 30 minutes, stir again before application.
– The product after being mixed with cement needs to be used up within 2 hours
– Do not apply when the temperature is lower than 10oC or higher than 40oC and the humidity is more than 85%.
– Clean tools immediately after use
– The product (unmixed) should be tightly closed after use.
